  • Vendor Timing: 
    5 - 7 p.m. on Wednesday,  April 15
    AND 7-9 a.m. on Thursday, April 16

    Setup: Wednesday - After 2 p.m. 
    Teardown: Thursday - After 9 a.m.

  • Theme: From 1776 to Today: IMFOA is Leading the Way
    This year’s celebration features our America 250th theme: “From 1776 to Today: IMFOA is Leading the Way.” Show your spirit by wearing red, white and blue!
  • 36 booths available, $310 includes one booth + 1 booth staff. 
  • Additional booth staff: $15 each.
  • Tabletop displays only, no pipe & drape to separate the spaces. 
  • Vendors will be provided an 8-ft draped table, two chairs, and a trash can.
  • Power will be available if requested during this registration.
  • Holding a drawing from your booth? IMFOA will announce your drawing winner between 6:30-7 p.m. Wednesday evening.
    Please register your drawing during exhibit registration.

Conference Sponsorships
  • Wednesday Pre-event Sponsorship- $1,000 (1 available)
     Greet attendees at materials table and stay for the event. Bite size candies are fine, but no food/drink unless purchased through the hotel. This is not a speaking opportunity.
  • Break Sponsorship - $750 (1 available, Thursday AM)
     Join the attendees during a break on Thursday morning. Sponsorship will be highlighted throughout the event. Bite size candies are fine, but no food/drink unless purchased through the hotel. This is not a speaking opportunity.
  • Coffee Sponsorship - $750 (2 available, Thursday AM & Friday AM)
     Join the attendees during a break on Thursday morning. Sponsorship will be highlighted throughout the event. Bite size candies are fine, but no food/drink unless purchased through the hotel. This is not a speaking opportunity.
  • Lunch Sponsorship - $1,000 (1 available, Thursday)
    Join the attendees for a lunch and provide materials to put on the tables. Solo logo screen during sessions. A maximum of 5 vendor representatives. This is not a speaking opportunity.
  • Table Power Sponsor - $350 (1 available)
    Provide essential power at table spots during all sessions, keeping attendees charged and ready to engage. Sponsorship will be highlighted throughout the event. This is not a speaking opportunity.
  • Diamond Sponsor - $750
    Solo logo screen before sessions; recognized on the website; company listed in the printed program; a $250 scholarship contribution made on behalf of the company.
  • Ruby Sponsor - $350
    Shared logo screen before sessions; recognized on the website; company listed in the printed program, a $100 scholarship contribution made on behalf of the company.
  • Sapphire Sponsor- $200
    Shared logo screen before sessions; recognized on the website; company listed in the printed program.

Scholarship Donation Details

  • Scholarships are given (by random drawing) to those applying for a new or renewing their Finance Certification in the amount of their application fee.
  • It is possible to earmark scholarship donations for a specific training event or the Kevin Jacobson Memorial Scholarship for finance officer training.
  • Donations can be made through the Diamond or Ruby Sponsorship or by making a separate donation.
