Conference Sponsorships

• Diamond - $500
  Includes a full PowerPoint slide during the General Session; event program listing with timely registration; a white paper request form on the conference handout page; a 1-minute video shown on the ballroom lobby screen.
• Ruby - $250
  Shared logo screen during General Session; event program listing with timely registration; white paper request form on conference handount pages.
• Sapphire- $100
  Listed on Sponsor Screen during General Session; event program listing with timely registration; white paper request form on conference handount pages.

Conference Event Sponsorships

• Pre-event Sponsorship- $1000 (1 available)
  Greet attendees at materials table and stay for the event. Bite size candies are fine, but no food/drink unless purchased through the hotel. This is not a speaking opportunity.
• Break Sponsorship - $750 (3 available)
  Join the attendees during a break on Thursday. Bite size candies are fine, but no food/drink unless purchased through the hotel. This is not a speaking opportunity.
• Meal Sponsorship - $1000 (1 available)
  Join the attendees for a meal event and provide materials to put on the tables. A maximum of 5 vendor representatives. Bite size candies are fine, but no food/drink unless purchased through the hotel. This is not a speaking opportunity.

Scholarship Donation Details

• Gold - $500
  Solo Scholarship Contributor Screen in General Session, an acknowledgment in the conference program with timely registration.
• Silver - $250
  Shared Scholarship Contributor Screen in General Session, an acknowledgment in the conference program with timely registration.
• It is possible to earmark scholarship donations for a specific training event or the Kevin Jacobson Memorial Scholarship for finance officer training.
